How To Use
TIPS
- When an accident or spill occurs the sooner you can clean it, the better. Blot up as much material as you can (if solid soils scrape away as much as you can). Spray the area with Spot CHOMP, allow the foam to collapse then blot with a clean, dry white cloth or extract with a strong vacuum. Repeat as necessary. Do not rub the stain as this can spread any material and also frays the pile. For excellent blotting, lay the towel on the sprayed area and stand on it - your body weight helps improve the blotting effect.
- Stains that mysteriously 'come back' are frequently the result of tacky residues from competitive cleaners. Here's a simple test. Take an ounce of warm water and pour it onto the spot. Rub it with your finger. If it soaps up you have a residue problem. To clean this keep pouring small amounts of water and extract using a wet/dry vacuum (a shop vac is fine). After you have removed all of the soap, the area no longer 'suds up', spray and clean with Spot CHOMP to remove any remaining residue and add stain resistance to the area.
- If you have an odor problem in a sub-floor related to a urine pet stain problem you can thoroughly spray the area with Spot CHOMP pet Odor and Stain cleaner. This will lock up the VOC's and eliminate any odors.
